We’re gathering for a free monthly MotherBaby Circle — a supportive, grounded space for mothers and their babies 🤍
Join us this Wednesday from 10:00–11:30 AM at Sage Center for Women’s Health in Wi******er, VA.
This circle is held by Natalia Ossinova, RN, IBCLC, whose work weaves together OB nursing, home birth support, herbalism, and prenatal yoga — all rooted in a holistic, mother-centered approach.
Together, we’ll make space for your questions, your experiences, and the real rhythms of early motherhood — from feeding and recovery to emotional support and community connection. We’ll also share gentle movement and simple nourishment.
Bring your baby and whatever this season holds for you. There’s room here to be supported, and to find your own way alongside others.

It’s World Breastfeeding Week! And the season of harvest and abundance - seems not coincidental.
Here is a story of one on my favorite photos ever. I brought my kids to Purple Fern for a mini kids portrait a session. My youngest daughter was cranky and refused to be in the picture.
Sarah, quickly thinking grabbed an oversized white t shirt and asked me to get in while nursing her, which was so easy and created a portrait I will cherish forever. What are your favorite breastfeeding stories?
