Opening The Hypnosis and Quantum Wellness Center SOON! Had delays. Had an accident, broke my knee and leg but back on my feet. Ai simulation of me getting out of the pick up truck. Surgery Nov 7 and started physical therapy to get my knee straightened out and working. Stiff and Rigid. Went to Netherine's Physical Therapy in Jacksonville on Morgan st. She is amazing. She had my knee back to normal, straightened, in one session. Using 'dry needles' and stretching and exercises. I was amazed. Will be holding a weight loss hypnosis session in Jan, this month. Patient: doctor I don’t feel well and I’m not sure why.
Doctor says: I want you to meditate for 20 minutes, twice a day, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, avoid processed foods, Grease and white granulated sugar. Eat plenty of organic fruits and vegetables. Spend more time in nature and less indoors. Stop worrying about things you cannot control and stop all your Negative thinking. Ditch the TV and the microwave and come back in 3-4 weeks

GET RID OF THEM ! Or they will Destroy your life! The sooner, the better! They are only a bad habit that can snowball out of control. Negative thoughts.
Wear a thin rubber band on your wrist and snap it EVERY time you have a negative thought then immediately replace it with a positive affirmation like "Every day in Every way, I AM getting better and better". Say it like you mean it with all your heart! Get control of your mind and you can get control of your life, your happiness!
