Billing and Intake Coordinator—Adams & Highland County Homecare
At Adams & Highland County Homecare, we believe in caring for people like family—our patients, our partners, and our team. We are growing and looking for the right person to join our compassionate, hardworking group as our Billing and Intake Coordinator.
This role is at the heart of our organization. As the first point of contact for many of our patients and referral partners, you will help set the tone of care and professionalism that defines who we are. We’re searching for someone who not only keeps the office running smoothly but also brings warmth, detail, and charisma to everything they do.
What You’ll Do
• Handle billing with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage intake calls and ensure a welcoming first impression
• Answer phones and communicate with patients, families, and referral sources in a kind and professional manner
• Multitask in a busy office environment while keeping everything organized
• Maintain office orderliness and efficiency
• Order supplies and keep our team equipped to do their best work
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, looking for opportunities to connect and grow our services

• Someone who is detail-oriented, considerate, and charismatic
• A natural multitasker who thrives in a team-oriented environment
• A professional who takes pride in organization and efficiency
• A person who genuinely enjoys helping others and representing our mission of care
• Medical experience is a plus, but not required—we value the right heart and mindset most of all
