❤️Endometriosis Care Is Available Right Here at Home ❤️

For years, endometriosis controlled so much of my life. Pain, appointments, testing, surgeries, and the constant search for answers became my normal. After everything I had been through, I was determined to find lasting relief.

Thankfully, I found that care right here at home with the team at Highpoint Women’s Health.

They have been by my side through all three of my surgeries, and my most recent surgery was the turning point I had been praying for.

One of the biggest things I want other women to know is that advanced endometriosis excision surgery with the robot is available locally through the physicians at Highpoint Women’s Health.

For many women, finding a provider who performs excision surgery can mean traveling hours away to a big city, leaving their support system, arranging childcare, taking additional time off work, and dealing with even more stress during an already difficult time.

I was incredibly fortunate to have access to this level of care close to home.

During my most recent surgery, they identified and removed 11 areas of endometriosis, many of which were concentrated on my right side and extended into my abdomen. They also addressed the scar tissue my body had developed from years of disease and previous surgeries.

At my six-week post-op appointment, I received words I had dreamed of hearing for years:

I have been cleared to move forward and live a life without endometriosis controlling it.

I cannot adequately explain what that moment meant to me.

They didn’t just perform my surgeries. They listened to me. They believed my pain. They knew my history and continued to advocate for me when I needed it most. I am incredibly grateful for the entire team at Highpoint Women’s Health for the compassion, knowledge, patience, and care they have shown me throughout this journey.

If you are struggling with endometriosis, I hope my story reminds you that you have options—and you may not have to travel far from home to find advanced surgical care.

You deserve to be heard. You deserve answers. And you deserve a provider who will truly advocate for you.

🌺Why OBGYN: She loves helping care for families during such vulnerable and life changing moments and collaborating with other medical professionals to provide the very best care that a patient can receive. Being on both sides of OB has given her wonderful perspectives. She thinks it’s so rewarding to form bonds with patients in the office, along with their families, then be able to participate in helping them in labor and delivery, full circle moments.

🏈Favorite Things To Do: Taking trips to Dollywood and staying at Dolly’s hotels-She’s a huge Dolly Parton fan!
Watching Tennessee Vols football games with family and friends during football season. You can catch her any Friday evening during football season at a Huntland High School football game.

🌼Fun Facts:
-She’s been a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years. 🏥
-Before going to nursing school, she went to radiology school and became an x-ray tech! 🩻
-She’s also a certified lactation counselor.🤱

🧑‍🧑‍🧒Family Life: She’s been married for 13 years to her husband, Lucas. They have one daughter, Savannah, who is 8 years old and just started 3rd grade at Huntland. They also have 2 chocolate labs, Waylon and Daisy, along with many chickens and ducks.

We are excited to highlight another one of our amazing staff members, Whitney Holloway!

❤️3 Years at the Office:
For the past 3 years, she has loved being part of an office that feels more like family. Working in women’s health has allowed her to build meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

🛍️Favorite Things:
Shopping… probably a little too much
Watching true crime documentaries and podcasts
Anything pink or feminine
Being a huge Britney Spears fan
Spending time with her son and making memories together

-She has been working in OBGYN since 2015 and absolutely loves it🤰
-She is currently in nursing school working toward becoming an RN🎓

👦Family Life:
She has a 13-year-old son who is truly her whole world. He motivates her every single day to work harder, dream bigger, and become the best version of herself. Everything she does is with him in mind, and being his mom is her greatest accomplishment.

💐A Little More About Her:
She truly loves her job in OBGYN. Getting to walk alongside women and families during pregnancy and helping them during such an important chapter of life is something incredibly special to her. Seeing friends, family, and patients grow their families is something she’ll never take for granted. She feels lucky to work in a field filled with compassion, strength, and joy.

She is someone who believes hard work, kindness, and a little humor can go a long way. Between balancing work, nursing school, motherhood, and everyday life, she is constantly learning and growing — and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

She truly believes the Lord placed her in Women’s Health for a reason. Her time as an ultrasound tech has shown her moments she’ll never take for granted-times of joy, uncertainty, and everything in between. She’s been able to witness life in its earliest stages and walk alongside people when they’re searching for answers. It’s never been about what’s on the screen, it’s always been about the people in front of her. She believes that God gave her steady hands, a compassionate heart, and the opportunity to serve others in moments that truly matter. Even on the hardest days, she’s reminded that this is more than just a job, it’s a calling.

🌅Favorite things
Spending quality time with her son, family, and friends. The smell of anything baking in her oven. A good sunset.

💫Fun facts
-She has a sourdough micro bakery, and you can find all her sourdough goodies at The Shoppe Mall in Manchester. 🥖
-She also does Balloon Arches as a side hustle. 🎈
-She runs on caffeine and always has either an Alani or diet Dr Pepper on hand at all times. 🥤
-She lives on a farm. 🚜

She has a 4 year old son, Jaylon, who is her whole entire world. They have just recently started the sports life, and she is loving every minute of being a sports mom. She lives one mile from her parents and wouldn’t have it any other way.
