Honest moment that I have been in a mess of situations lately that have me wound up pretty tight.
Part 2 is that before the madness started I FINALLY committed to a meal planing system bc I. Just. Don’t. Have. Time. And my health and my family’s health was suffering.
I picked up my first meals today and it was a huge bright spot for me to know I wasn’t wasting food, I wasn’t wasting money and I am feeding my body the good stuff. The REAL stuff.
Beyond that....(& look past my camera skills) ... was such beautiful, delightful, tasty and local food.
Bright spot.
Back on track. Drink those ketones. Make good choices. You only get one body. Care for it. It was entrusted to you.
The no 1. Thing that held me back was $$ and I am here to say, it’s so do able. Check them out. Commit to yourself.

Frosted Fairy Dust Sugar Cookies!? And they are KETO?!

What you need:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup Erythritol
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 Cup of butter, softened
1 egg, room temperature
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Fairy Dust Frosting
1/2 cup butter room temperature
1 cup Swerve, powered
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons whole milk
