Calvin University is looking for clients OF ANY AGE to participate in telehealth appointments over the summer, with their graduate speech/language pathology students, to improve speech and language skills. Sessions are FREE and NO referral is needed. This would include children with any type of speech and/or language delay, and adults with a communication difficulty, such as those that had a stroke, brain injury, learning disability, etc.

I cannot recommend this program enough. Joanna at CARD is an exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate SLP, and this program is life-changing for families of young children with limited social communication. Becoming trained in More Than Words was the singular best choice I made as a clinician. Share with others who might benefit from learning more!

Representation matters. Yes, for many, ASD is an invisible disabilty and this may feel sterotypical. But, the thoughtfulness Mattel reportedly put into development shows a respect for neurodivergence. Plus, I just love Barbie!
