Windham Pride!! We had a great time yesterday at the Windham Pride festival 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ It was a family affair with my sister helping at the table and the boys representing F&F.

We had some important resources for LGBTQ+ identities - those whom need our support now and always. We also offered an activity around painting terracotta pots with some seeds to grow! An ode to the idea of growth and flourishing when one’s mind, body and soul are adequately fed and nourished 💛

We’ll be a vendor at Windham Pride again this year!! 🏳️‍🌈 Come visit us and enjoy the festivities of the day! You’ll have an opportunity to learn about our team and services while celebrating the voices, identities and cultures within Pride representation. This is important.

🥳 It was so much fun last year, we’re looking forward to being there again!

Please join us in welcoming our new team member, Tayler!! 🥳 We saw a lot of changes to our team in 2024, and so we're here in 2025 expanding once more!
Tayler is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, disordered eating and more. 💛

Her philosophy is simple: all foods have a place, and health is not defined by weight or appearance. Every body is unique — and so is the path to well-being. She offers compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling for individuals navigating eating disorders, chronic dieting, body image concerns, and disordered eating.

When she is not in sessions with her clients, you can usually find her reading a good book, experimenting with sourdough recipes (her current favorite is a strawberry white chocolate chip loaf!), thrifting and antiquing, or exploring the beauty of New England. As a recent transplant to New Hampshire, she's loving the opportunity to discover its many sights, museums, and restaurants. (She's explored more of New England than those of us who grew up here!)

Tayler is currently taking on new clients! At the moment, she is out of network with health insurance as she awaits in-network status. We can offer superbills or statements of reimbursement to submit directly to your health insurance provider for reimbursement of sessions! Contact us today with any questions about this process. Thank you for another fantastic conference!! Thank you for holding a space for clinicians to come together for important conversations. We had a space to grieve together and reach for hope together in the midst of an incredibly turbulent time that truly threatens our field and our clients’ lives. Always grateful for you, MEDA!! 💛
