When you think of the word "hypnosis" many might think of fear of out of control which in reality you are in trance throughout your day through tv, movies, music, news, and the wonderful world of politics. Yes there are words, compliances, movements, phrases etc. etc. which I will be educating you on. I feel it is extremely important to be aware of how beneficial hypnosis really is especially if you want to change something in your life. In Chinese, the word for nature is ziran, which means “self so”, or “so of itself”. Ziran doesn’t mean green pastures over yonder. There is no word to distinguish between “us” and “nature” in Chinese. It means a spontaneous process that happens in and of itself.

A child is sad and feels like crying, but her crying often bothers her parents, and then she learns to contain it, closing her chest, projecting her shoulders forward and breathing down. Later, as an adult, even though there is no reason to restrain her emotions, she will find it difficult to cry and to express other feelings such as love, joy, and passion.

Breathwork can help unblock this expression, because through exercises and body postures, as well as breathing techniques, it will break these blocks. Breathing techniques help to reduce anxiety, stress, anger and helps keep you focused throughout the day.
