It's still HOT out there, Bertie County! 🌡️ Don't wait until you're thirsty — dehydration can sneak up fast in this heat. A few reminders from your care team:

💧 Drink water throughout the day, not just when you're thirsty
🚫 Limit caffeine and alcohol — they dehydrate you faster
🧢 Take breaks in the shade if you're outside
⚠️ Watch for dizziness, headache, or dark urine — signs to slow down and hydrate
