Almost 12 years into this war and I'm still winning! Keytruda has done its job again! The beast is still in my lung but it hasn't grown or multiplied!

A year ago I finished the latest round of Keytruda. Its given a year of "remission!" We'll see if I can milk another year, or more?

January scans moved up to this week! Been sick lately. Dr. Tabatabai wants to be safe rather than sorry. I do hope this isn't YOU again, you miserable bastard! Hate !

Have I mentioned lately how much I hate this f-ng BLACK BEAST? I have another procedure Tuesday, all related to the last time it reared its ugly head last April! So it decided to show up in my small intestine and more than 2 feet of my small bowel was removed! That surgery and the next couple days after was a particular type of hell I never want to go through again!

So after that healed, because of that removal of bowel, my weight and the fact that I smoke, I ended up with a hernia. I had that repaired, by surgery this past April. Now, in place of the hernia, I have a seroma (a pouch of fluid of unknown origin). I go Tuesday to have a drain placed???

When she said a drain placed, I was like, WHAT? I thought they would just drain it. She noted that it is ultimately the doc's decision. Once he sees if the fluid they drain is clear, he will determine whether a drain will be placed or not!

WTF? Yes, I am blaming ! This ALL came about because of that surgery in April 2020!!! This will be my 37th time, in my life, under anesthesia and the 15th -related procedure! Oh, how I HATE this insidious black beast that is !

Oh, how I hope this isn't you, you insidious, black bastard, ! I now have a mass in my stomach, that shows precancerous cells! Going in July 16 to have it resected via an endoscopic procedure. At least it isn't going to be an invasive surgery this time!

A part of me actually hopes it is you. At least with you, I know what I'm dealing with! 😔
