Welcome to Walk for Thought Thursday!

We're excited to kick off a new weekly tradition!

Every Thursday, we'll be sharing a little something from our Walk for Thought community—whether it's welcoming new walkers, giving shout-outs to volunteers and supporters, sharing tips, or passing along interesting facts and inspiration.

Think of this as your weekly Walk for Thought check-in: part community bulletin, part helpful resource, and part celebration of the amazing people who make these walks so special.

So get ready, bring your curiosity, and join us each Thursday for updates, stories, tips, and maybe even a few surprises along the way!

Happy National Best Friends Day!

Best friends are the people who show up, listen without judgment, make us laugh when we need it most, and remind us that we're never alone.

Today, we're celebrating the friendships that brighten our days, lift us up during challenges, and make life's journey a little easier. Whether it's a lifelong friend, a new connection, a family member who's also your best friend, or someone you've met through the BIAC community, we're grateful for the people who stand beside us.

Tell us who your best friends are. Tag them if they are on social media.
