There is something deeply nourishing about sound healing by the beach. The rhythmic waves, the warmth of the sun, the gentle breeze, and the soothing vibrations invite the body and mind to soften. Sometimes the greatest medicine is simply slowing down and allowing nature to remind us how to be present. Today, the water, the sunlight, the breeze, the movement and the sound were exactly the medicine we needed.
