The dads, sons, brothers, partners, and friends in our lives are too important to skip the check-up. Don't ignore symptoms you'd tell anyone else to check on. That goes double for prostate and colorectal cancers, which are two of the most common cancers in men, and two of the most treatable when caught early. Screenings start around age 45 for most men, earlier if it runs in your family.

Simple check-ins like your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and resting heart rate can be key markers for you to know if you’re headed in the right direction. A 30-minute appointment can tell you where you stand, and what to do about it. If you haven't had a physical in over a year, it's time!
