I am completely booked for the entire month of June. I have people wanting to make appointment so im starting a waiting list. If you have an appointment and can't keep it I need to know at least 24 hours in advance so I can contact people on the waiting list. It's not fair to me or them if you no show or send me a text 5 minutes before your appointment saying you cant make it..

When you no-show your massage therapist, you’re not just missing an appointment — you’re taking away a portion of someone’s income. That time was reserved specifically for you, it’s too late to fill that spot once you don’t show up.

As massage therapists, we don’t get paid hourly if no one is on our table. We only make money when clients show up. So when there’s a no-show, that’s lost income we can’t get back — while bills, rent, supplies, laundry, and everything else still have to be paid.

What hurts the most is that many of us spend our entire day preparing to take care of others physically and mentally, only to sit there wondering if our client is coming. We could have offered that appointment to someone in pain, someone needing stress relief, or another client waiting weeks to get in.

A quick message 24 hours in advance is always appreciated. If you know you are going to be busy the day of your appointment, set an alarm on your phone so you wont forget.

I truly appreciate every client who respects my time, supports my business, and understands that this is not “just a massage.” This is my career, my livelihood, and how I support myself and my family.

Please remember — your service providers are real people with real responsibilities behind the scenes. Respecting appointment times means more than you probably realize. 🤍
