Couple’s Fall Retreat
A Day of celebrating each other with relaxation and rejuvenation
“A state of deep relaxation is the environment within which your body and mind function at their best”.
Be it your anniversary or just to say, “I love and appreciate you”, here is an opportunity to be together for a day of self-nurturing in a healing space nestled in the scenic, serene nature of Northwest CT. Let yourself and each other be taken care of as you experience a range of relaxation and rejuvenation modalities together.
Start your day with light stretches and breathing techniques. Then relax with a soothing beverage and snack. Venture into your mindscape and heart center to release, let go, gain clarity, make decisions etc., via a 30 min Life coaching session, while your partner engages in creative expressions. In this state of openness to possibilities, enjoy a well-deserved treat by the harmonizing energies of the Raindrop Technique ® and Reiki or BioGenesis, Light Therapy and Lectro Chi Foot spa. Awaken your taste buds and satisfy your nutritional needs with a hearty homemade vegetarian meal; after which, you and your partner will continue your special day of nurturance with an afternoon of therapies. End your day with a delicious dessert as you continue to integrate and share your experiences. Leave feeling profoundly relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated in your body, mind, heart, and soul.

10:30 - 11:00 Partner A: Life coaching

11:00 - 11:30 Partners A and B Switch
11:40 - 1:40 Partner A: Raindrop Technique and Reiki
Partner B: Bio Genesis, Light therapy and Lectro Chi foot spa
1:50 - 2:20 Homemade Vegetarian lunch
2:30 - 4:30 Partners A and B switch
4:40 - 5:00 Dessert, sharing and farewell.
