Thank you very much Trudy for your donation! It means so much to all those living with Multiple Sclerosis and their families was you know first hand.

There is just under 2 weeks until this years ride. Hopefully I'll get by bike of the wall and tires inflated this weekend.

There is a new route this year. It no longer is from Duluth to White Bear Lake. This year it starts at the Nicollet County fairgrounds in St Peter Minnesota and ends at Buck Hill in Burnsville Minnesota.

So, if anyone else our there feels like making a donation in any amount towards this years ride. Know that it will go towards something very meaningful and helpful.

Thank you very much Harvey for your donation! It means so much to all those living with Multiple Sclerosis and their families.

There is just 2 weeks, 6 days, and 21 hours until this years ride, so I better get my bike down from the wall, tune it up and start practice rides to start warming up.

Good day to all

We're 5 weeks out from this years 150 mile Bike ride for Multiple Scelrosis.

It's going to be a rough go at it to reach our fundraising goals this year. Pinching pennies, all though they stopped making them, is what more and more people are doing these days.

If you have the ability, and can spare a little. Please consider supporting my ride this year.

My fundraising page link is attached below.

Thanks much

It's that time of year again! Walks, bike rides, garage sales and stomping on cans. We're getting closer a world free of MS!

Around 2010 I started walking with our longtime friend Trudy "TJ" on her team she created years earlier for raising funds for Multiple Sclerosis. TJ's team was participating in walks since the early 2000's. I have been participating in the 150 mile bike ride since 2013. We have tried many things to get donations for Multiple Sclerosis from candy sales, bake sales, garage sales, online sales and aluminum can recycling which I coined as my "Stomp Out MS" campaign.

Not only being a single mother of a 8 year old when she was diagnosed in 1996 with Multiple Sclerosis. She has been having MS tremors and spasms since then. But, lately they have really been flaring up. With tremors in her hands. It makes it virtually impossible to do anything from exercises, texting, household chores, or even putting on shirts and shoes. With spasms in her legs and the restless leg syndrome, combined with MS nerve pain. She's taking Lyrica along with many multiple other medications daily. But leg spasms and nerve pain makes it really hard to even walk. Trudy's been battling MS for many years, has been through multiple back and neck surgeries from Scoliosis which left her fused from top to bottom, foot surgeries, hip replacements, head trauma and surgeries. She's the poster child of Multiple Sclerosis, and I think could have a hospital wing named after her.

Now recently she unfortunately had to put her longtime friend and service dog Kiko down due to old age. She was over 13 years old and will be missed greatly by all who knew her. Along with being a committed friend and companion she did many things that Trudy couldn't. From taking off socks and getting her shoes to opening doors and turning on light switches. She helped her up off the floor if she fell and was always by her side. They both just lit up when they saw one another.

Getting to know TJ and her daily struggles. I’m committed to making an impact and raising important funds that will change the world for everyone affected by multiple sclerosis. We think our lives are hard, but don't really focus on how others lives affect them and their daily struggles.

I need your support. I’m counting on you to help me fuel progress! MS ends with us — Please donate and help me reach my goal.

I have a QR code in a photo below, and a link to my donation page if you have the opportunity to help.

Thank you very much - Jeff & Sandy

Hello to all followers of the MS150 bike ride

The 2 day adventure is in the books with about 150 miles and a little over 10 hours of saddle time

Again, thanks to all who donated for this year's ride. They are all greatly appreciated by those living with Multiple Sclerosis and those advancing in research and looking for a cure.

We beat our $2500 goal!

Donations are still being accepted. I'll let you know when they shut that down. If you feel so inclined. The link is below

Again, Thanks so much!

Good evening all followers of the MS150 bike ride - Minnesota

Day 1 is in the books with about 75 miles and 5 hours of saddle time. I'm currently resting up for day 2 and another 75 miles ...

Thanks to all that have encouraged me for the ride and pushed me even further with your donations.

They are all greatly appreciated and well spent. Hopefully, with all the advanced and research. We won't have to ride for cures much longer. Whether it being Multiple Sclerosis or any other affliction!

Sorry the pictures may not be in order. They are from yesterday on the trip up to Duluth thru the ride down to Hinckley today

Thanks much
Jeff and Sandy
