"I am very impressed by the customer service. I accidentally only ordered the groin belt with no belly band and they emailed me promptly and let me know I might be missing the other piece. I ordered the belly band and they took off the shipping charge for me. I received my items in just a few days which is amazing because I’ve been having so much pelvic pressure. I immediately put it on when I got it out of the mail box. It was very easy to use and the relief was instant.
