Looking for a gentle reset in the middle of your week? 🌿
Join us for a beginner-friendly Hatha yoga class designed to help you slow down, stretch out, and reconnect with your breath. This mostly floor-based practice (with chair options available) is supportive, accessible, and perfect if you’re new to yoga—or just craving something steady and grounding.
We’ll move through breathwork, gentle stretches, grounding postures, and a bit of mobility work to help release tension and create more ease in the body.
Come as you are. No experience needed—just you, your breath, and a willingness to unwind.
