Yoga Is More Than Movement📿
One of the themes that emerged during our mandala workshop on Saturday was connection—to ourselves and to others.
Every time we gather on the mat, we create space for both.
Join us this week for yoga, conversation, laughter, and the simple joy of being part of a welcoming community where you can show up exactly as you are.
This week, consider taking a few minutes to journal. Write about what you're grateful for, what you're learning, or simply what is on your heart. Journaling, like yoga, can help quiet the noise, increase self-awareness, and strengthen your connection to yourself. Bring a notebook along to Wednesday afternoon’s classes. We will spend a few moments jotting.
