We are excited to share some great news!

Restoring Wellness Solutions is now an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) commercial for our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) medication management services and SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment.

What This Means For You:

This means that eligible BCBS members may now have insurance coverage for:
- Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management with our PMHNP
- SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment for qualifying patients with treatment-resistant depression and other approved indications, subject to your individual plan benefits and prior authorization requirements

We hope this partnership makes it easier for more individuals to access the specialized mental health care they need.

Please note: At this time, IV ketamine infusions are not covered by BCBS and remain a self-pay service. We will continue to advocate for broader insurance coverage of this evidence-based treatment and will notify patients if coverage options become available in the future.

We're excited to announce that Restoring Wellness Solutions has officially moved into our new home!

1411 Old Mill Circle, Winston-Salem

Our new office was thoughtfully designed to better serve our patients and our growing community. With more private treatment rooms, we can continue providing the comfortable, individualized care you've come to expect. We've also added dedicated space for group activites allowing us to expand our programs and create even more opportunities for healing and connection.

While our location has changed, our commitment to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care remains the same.

Introducing: RESTORE Initiative

A Program for First Responders and Frontline Professionals
First responders, healthcare professionals, and frontline teams are often trained to keep moving through stress. Over time, that stress can build into emotional exhaustion, cynicism, anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, trauma-related stress, or a reduced sense of connection to the work that once felt meaningful.

RESTORE was created for professionals who need more than a brief pause. It offers a structured space to reset, recover, and return ready with clinical support and shared experience.

The RESTORE Initiative is a 7-week ketamine-assisted group therapy program designed to help first responders and frontline professionals reduce burnout, process trauma-related stress, and reconnect with purpose through a structured, trauma-informed model.

This is not ketamine treatment alone. RESTORE integrates ketamine-assisted therapy with preparation, group therapy, psychotherapy, peer support, and emotional processing so participants are supported throughout the program.

The program includes:

4 group therapy sessions
3 ketamine-assisted therapy sessions
Preparation and intention setting
Peer support and shared experience
Integration of insights
Emotional processing
A safe, clinically supervised setting
Psychotherapy provided through Salem Counseling & Consulting
