Be Well Monthly Rhythm
September: ALIGNMENT

September feels like an invitation to move with a little more intention.

After practicing presence in July and finding our grounding in August, this month we're asking a different question:

Does the way I'm spending my time, energy, and attention reflect what actually matters to me?

Not what should matter.
Not what everyone else needs.
Not what we've simply gotten used to doing.

What matters to us, right now, in this season.

This month's Be Well Monthly Rhythm is about ALIGNMENT — making room for what matters. ✨

We're revisiting routines, getting clear about our priorities, being more intentional with our yeses, releasing what no longer fits—and making sure joy and celebration have a place on the list, too. 🥂

Because wellness isn't only about what we're working toward. There's something to be said for recognizing where we are, honoring how far we've come, and actually enjoying some of it along the way.

And maybe I'm a little partial to that reminder during my birthday month. 😉🎂✨

September Affirmation:
I make room for what matters, honor what brings me joy, and give myself permission to release what no longer fits.

September Reflection:
Does the way I'm spending my time, energy, and attention reflect what I say matters to me?

Save this month's rhythm and come back to it throughout September. You don't have to do everything at once—or perfectly. Choose what speaks to you and let the practice meet you where you are.

✨ September: Alignment
Make room for what matters.

🤎 Be Well, from the inside out.

Now Accepting Doula Clients 💚

Now accepting birth doula clients. ✨ Upcoming births for Febuary and March 2027

Pregnancy comes with a lot—questions, decisions, preparation, anticipation, and sometimes simply wanting someone in your corner who understands how to help you navigate it all.

My doula support is designed to help you feel informed, prepared, supported, and confident as you prepare for birth and welcome your baby.

As your doula, our work together goes beyond the delivery room. We'll spend time preparing for the experience you want, talking through your options, building practical tools for labor and postpartum, and making sure you and your support person feel equipped for what's ahead.

💚 Doula support may include:

• Personalized prenatal education sessions
• Birth preferences & preparation
• Comfort measures and labor positions
• Partner/support-person preparation
• Breastfeeding & newborn education
• Continuous labor and birth support
• Early postpartum support
• And more

As an MPH, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Birth Doula, I bring together birth support, lactation education, and public health to provide care that centers the whole person—not just the birth.

✨ Now accepting a limited number of upcoming births for Febuary and March 2027.

If you're expecting and looking for a doula who will help you prepare, understand your options, advocate for what matters to you, and feel supported throughout your experience, I'd love to connect.

Making It Work is back — this time, virtually! October Registration now open! Link in bio!

Returning to work while breastfeeding comes with real questions—and you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.

Making It Work is a four-session series helping breastfeeding parents prepare for the transition back to work, understand their workplace rights, plan for pumping and milk storage, communicate their needs, and build a routine that works for them and their baby.

📅 Sundays in October | ⏰ 3–4 PM | 💻 Virtual
💵 $100 for all four sessions

You don’t have to choose between breastfeeding and returning to work. Sometimes, you just need support figuring out how to make it work.

🌿 Be Well Monthly Rhythm | August: GROUNDING

August arrives with a shift.

Summer is still here, but routines are beginning to return. Schedules are changing. School is starting. The days are still warm, but we can already feel the season preparing to turn.

So before we rush into what's next, this month's Be Well Monthly Rhythm invites us to get grounded.

🌿 Root before you rise.

Grounding is about remembering what steadies you—your body, your breath, your rituals, your people, your home, the earth beneath your feet.

Save this month's rhythm and come back to it whenever you need a reminder to find your footing. And if you're joining us, share your moments and tag Be Well Women's Wellness Collective so we can move through the month together.

🌿 Be Well Monthly Rhythm | July

Some months ask us to push.

Others invite us to pause.

For me, July feels like an invitation to become more present.

Present with the people I love.
Present with the work I'm building.
Present with the moments that are easy to rush past while chasing what's next.

That's the heart behind Be Well Monthly Rhythm.

Each month, I'll share a theme that's speaking to me, along with a few gentle practices I'm committing to throughout the month. Not because I believe wellness is another box to check, but because I believe small, intentional choices shape how we experience our lives.

This month's theme is Presence. 🌿

I hope these practices encourage you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and notice the beauty that's already around you.

If one of these resonates, I'd love for you to join me this month. And if you do, tag me or send me a message. I would love to hear what you're discovering along the way.

Be Well, from the inside out. 💚
