Our PGY2 Emergency Medicine Resident, Kaely Miller, recently traveled to Orlando, FL to attend the EMPoweRx Conference, where she showcased her impactful research!

She presented on the impact of rocuronium dosing on time to intubation and duration of paralysis, utilizing train-of-four monitoring — highlighting critical considerations for airway management in emergency medicine.

We’re incredibly proud of Kaely’s dedication to advancing evidence-based practice and representing our program at a national level!

On Friday, all residents were dismissed from rotation for the afternoon and we spent the day at a local park for lunch, kickball, and enjoying each other’s company. In the evening, we headed over to for a spin class taught by preceptor Caitlin Hastings!
