Founder, Nicole Speeney, is a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who has a passion to make a positive impact in the Nutrition & Wellness Industry, through helping others find their maximum potential and happiness with sustainable lifestyle change. Nicole is extremely passionate about eating disorder recovery and sports dietetics, and strives to help her clients use intuitive eating to reach food freedom and ultimately embrace a balanced life BEYOND food! Nicole has extensive experience in eating disorder care, and is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals Foundation (IAEDP), as well as Eating Disorder Registered Dietitians and Professionals (EDRD Pro). Nicole has completed advanced clinical training and continuing education in the treatment of eating disorders and practices within a multidisciplinary model of care in alignment with evidence-based standards. Nicole has experience working in the outpatient mental health space as well, and is passionate about striking the intersection between mental health and eating disorder care / nutrition counseling.
