I've been wanting to share my "make up tips", such as they are , for all you busy ladies who don't think you have time for makeup. Here is me this morning. ( #1 no make up, #2 just one eye, #3 both eyes) I only use the concealer, eyeliner and mascara. Takes me about 1-2 minutes each morning to apply. The last pic is the back of an eye shadow quad compact made by Avon. It's kind of like paint by numbers in that the numbered circles correspond to the eye shadow shade in the compact. Takes all the guess work out of what colors "go" together and where to put them. So what colors should you pick? If your coloring is light colored hair whit light colored eyes, I would choose a light brown, blue or green eye liner and a Brown or Brown/Black mascara. For darker colored hair and eyes, a dark brown or black eyeliner and a brown/black or black/black mascara. Choose a concealer one shade lighter than your skin tone. I use "fair". As for eye shadow, start out with some neutral shades of brown, cream and maybe some mauve and plum. Once you get comfortable applying these then add some more vibrant colors.
