Energy and motivation are both internal and externally driven.

Many appointments are occupied by the ' doc, I feel like I have no energy, no matter what I do' OR ' my brain feels tired' followed by ' i just cant shake the fatigue '

Arguably there are many reasons for this (some medical, others not! ) and while we evaluate for the aging, hormonal, genetic, lifestyle etc reasons IF you are our patients you have heard me sing PRAISES about the benefits of good ole CREATINE MONOHYDRATE.

I EXERCISE.

On a daily, I'm asked 'what should I eat? " What do you eat doc?" among many other questions.

My answer is easy :
● Keep it simple
●Keep it consistent 80 % of the time
●Prioritize protein, fiber, healthy carbs, healthy fats and water
● Incoporate the BAR

My version of simple before clinic is 1 cup of water on awakening then 2 eggs , avocado and coffee with 2% milk before I head out.

I'm NOT an early morning eater so this is as much as I can do without feeling too full.
