As the seasons begin to change, nature reminds us of something beautiful: we are allowed to release, reset, and begin again.
ROOTS OF CHANGE is a deeply grounding 75-minute healing journey created to help you clear what feels heavy, reconnect to your center, and strengthen the energetic foundation beneath you as we move into autumn.
Just as the trees release what they no longer need, this session invites you to do the same.
Your journey begins with a sacred clearing using sage, salt, and palo santo, preparing the body and energetic field for renewal.
Grounding gemstones are then placed at the feet while the deep vibrations of the Root Chakra singing bowl help draw your awareness out of the busy mind and back into the body.
From there, you’ll be guided through a beautiful grounding and release meditation, allowing you to reconnect with your inner roots, your strength, and the place within you that knows how to remain steady—even when life is changing around you.
We complete the journey with Reiki energy healing, giving you time to simply receive, integrate, and rest.
