🍃⭐️GROUNDING PRESENCE ⭐️🍃
This is the message I so clearly received as I sat in meditation on the Equinox. The most spiritual thing we can do at this time is truly ground in our presence. From this grounded presence, we can invite stabilization grounding and harmony to our planet and to one another.

This is part 1. Part 2 will be movement that helps me ground into my presence. May it serve you in whatever way needed at this time.
