Follow along my journey as I prepare to be cured from Sickle Cell Disease by the Gene Therapy treatment.

My name is Natasha Sanchez and I have Sickle Cell Anemia (HbSS). Sickle Cell is a genetic blood disorder that results in my blood cells to be misshaped and can cause excruciating pain and other types of complicated sicknesses. It also causes severe anemia to the point where I have had over 500 blood transfusions and many hospitalizations over the course of my life. My younger brother has passed aw

ay in May of 2024 due to this fatal disease. On October 2nd, 2025, I got approved to recieve the cure for Sickle Cell: Gene Therapy. I am set to get the transplant in 9-12 months but the preparation begins now. Follow along my journey as I prepare to be cured of this for life.

Hi everyone.

As most of you know I’m on my journey to get cured of the sickle cell this year through Gene Therapy. I’m still baking and selling desserts and cakes to raise money for my transplant. If you can think of me for your next event/occasion for desserts and cakes, that support would be greatly appreciated. Every penny goes towards the treatment that has a total of $3.2 million.

As of right now I’m in the hospital. My sickle cell blood count is 61% when the normal is below 25%. That means 61% of my blood cells are sickled right now. This morning, I went through surgery to get a central line catheter placed in my neck so they can do an emergency blood exchange tomorrow to remove those sickle cells and replace them with normal red blood cells. I’m back with a new holiday menu! Theres no weekly deadlines so order whenever you’d like it for. However the deadline for orders that are for Valentine’s Day is Feb. 11th!

I will also be offering Valentine’s Day Dessert Boxes for you and your Valentine! These can be ordered in the month of February and the deadline to get your order in for Valentine’s Day is Feb. 11th. ❤️

My dog Remie is having surgery on the 5th and all the funds from these orders will be going towards her surgery. She is blocked with a huge kidney stone that is too big to pass. Remie has been my safety net through life’s challenges lately, please support by ordering desserts or donating. I will provide my zelle and venmo underneath if you find it in your heart to donate. End of year, holiday baking menu! The last day to order for Christmas is Monday December 22nd! Last day to order for New Years is Monday, December 29th. New month, new baking menu. Now taking orders for pickup on Saturday Dec 13th with a deadline of Wednesday Dec 10th. You can also place an order for any given day if you’d like it earlier or later! Baked goods are the perfect holiday gift for anyone and everyone. ❤️

I will also be having an in person bake sale (garage sale style) from my home Dec 14th. Be on the lookout for more details to come! 🫶🏽

Holiday Baked Goods Menu with a special on cakes!

Posted below is my Thanksgiving bakery menu. This will be the menu from now on until the end of the weekend of Thanksgiving with two pickup/delivery dates. The first date is Nov. 22nd with a deadline to place your order of Nov. 19th. The second date is Nov. 26th with a deadline of Nov. 24th. And of course, cake/cupcake orders can be made whenever with an advanced notice of at least 3 days. To place your order, I am available on messenger or by call/text with my phone number on the flyer below.

These bake sales help me to raise money for my transplant next year since I cannot work a physical job due to the extensive preparations. Any and all support is highly appreciated, even as simple as sharing this post. Donations are also accepted. Thank you all so very much. ❤️

Due to still being in the hospital, I am extending the ordering and pickup/delivery by a day. The deadline to get your order in is now Thursday November 13th.
