As we move into late May, I’m seeing labs finalize their summer schedules and begin locking in interviews for early June. One thing is standing out clearly:
Alignment is winning.
Teams with clear timelines and decisive communication are moving faster — and they’re securing the strongest people.
On that note, here’s a quick update on the candidates I’m representing right now. These are experienced, certified histology professionals who have asked me to guide them through the next step in their careers.

Histotechs are moving quickly this month. I’m seeing candidates interview within days — not weeks — and several labs are accelerating their timelines to secure talent before summer coverage hits.
