This past month has taught me that as much as I enjoy being with others, being a guide, and facilitating, I have to make more intentional time for myself 😅

This handpan recently came into my life and it's just what I need to practice filling up my own cup, having fun, and letting my creative side have a safe way to express herself. 💚✨️🔮🎶

September was so action packed and filled with joy, love, and adventure. In addition to my usual yoga classes and reading appointments, I went to the Midwest Women's Mycellium Mysteries Conference to hold space in a breathwork ceremony with Crystal Dawn, I also held space and did a sound bath at a private wellness retreat right after, and then a few days later I facilitated my first workshop at Yoga with Dana's unplugged retreat.... WHEW!

So much expansion, so many nourishing experiences, and so many connections that filled my heart with gratitude.

September ended and left my body exhausted, but my soul filled. I intentionally spent this month diving deeper into my purpose and grounding my roots further into my path. This month was transformative to say the least and I'm excited to share the upcoming offerings I have planned for the rest of the year! ✨️
