I am beyond honored and deeply grateful to have been invited to attend a 3-day conference
Toward a New Psychology of Women: 50 Years of Connection, Courage, and Change! at Wellesley College this weekend.

This extraordinary gathering celebrates 50 years of groundbreaking work in women’s psychology, honoring the legacy of Jean Baker Miller and exploring the profound power of human connection, relationships, resilience, and healing.

There is something truly magical about women coming together to share wisdom, inspire change, and empower one another.

Continuing education, personal growth, and expanding my understanding of the mind, body, and spirit have always been at the heart of my passion and purpose.

I believe that as healers, we must continue to learn, evolve, and deepen our own understanding so we can better support those who trust us with their healing journeys.

I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to connect with inspiring minds, embrace new perspectives, and bring that knowledge and wisdom back into my healing practice.

Because when women come together, we don’t just share knowledge. We create space for transformation.

I’m Amy, owner and intuitive healer behind Essentially Well Bodywork + Cryotherapy.

I believe we are always receiving messages from the body, from our energy and from the spaces within us that are asking to be seen.

My work is about slowing everything down enough to listen.

To regulate the nervous system.
To release what has been carried for too long.
To reconnect with your own intuition.
To clear old energy and create space for what is trying to enter next.
To live pain free- emotionally, spiritually and physically.

Every session is different because every person who walks through my door is different.

I blend intuitive energy healing, bodywork, Reiki, reflexology, vibration, cryotherapy and ritual to create a deeply personalized experience for mind, body and spirit.
