Tonight we had our first monthly support zoom meeting with the latest Osteoporosis Retreat group!! So wonderful to see everyone and the sharing was amazing!! We will continue to meet monthly.
Next week the latest workshop group will have their first zoom support meeting.
I love the sharing and I always learn something from the group as well!!

Yesterday was the full day Osteoporosis Workshop in Westford MA. It was a special day with a group of wonderful women. Such a gift to be able to share my experience and knowledge with these amazing women. Feeling blessed.

I am back from Spain. All classes resume this with the exception of Friday, due to the Retreat. Looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting some new students.

Women have been asking me to tell more about the full day workshop. The workshop focuses on empowering women to make informed decisions. I am not in the business of telling anyone what they should do. We address the What of Osteoporosis and understanding the diagnosis. The why of OP: Testing, causes and getting clarity on each persons unique situation. We look at options for improving bone health including nutrition, absorption, supplementation, weight bearing, exercise and more. We have a bone healthy lunch and snacks. Of course we practice OP yoga and there is a lot of discussion and support. The yoga is just one hour of the 8 hour workshop. I hope that answers some questions.
