2026 GOT DONUTS male student/athlete of the year highlight:
Nominee
Kam Bostic
Union High School
Throughout my time at Union High School, I have worked hard to excel academically, athletically, and within my community. I graduated 11th in my class with a 4.07 GPA while balancing a demanding schedule of advanced academics, extracurricular activities, and athletics. I have been actively involved in several organizations, including the National Honor Society, Student Government, Student Leadership Council, and Yearbook. In addition to my school involvement, I have dedicated many hours to community service through volunteering at local food banks, visiting nursing homes, and helping with youth sports camps.
As a three-sport athlete in football, basketball, and track, I have had the opportunity to achieve success both individually and as part of a team. In football, I served as the starting quarterback for the past two seasons, passing for over 3,000 yards and 36 touchdowns while also rushing for more than 2,100 yards and 25 touchdowns. I hold multiple school records, including most career all-purpose yards with 5,996, most career interceptions with 20, and most passing touchdowns with 39. I was named All-State on both offense and defense for two consecutive seasons and helped lead my team to two district championships and one regional title. In basketball, I earned Mountain 7 District Player of the Year, Region 2D Player of the Year, and All-State honors while becoming Union High Schoolβs all-time leading scorer with 1,806 points and record holder for career steals with 195. In track and field, I hold school records in the 100-meter dash, long jump, and 300-meter hurdles, while earning All-State honors four times.
