More information on the Air Show! You won’t want to miss it!

A RARE WARBIRD COMES TO WISE!!
The Capital Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) in Culpepper, VA will fly its rare Japanese Fuji LM-1 warbird to the “Let Freedom Ring” event! The Fuji can be seen at the Lonesome Pine Airport, 6225 Airport Rd, Wise, VA 24293 from 5pm - 8pm on Sept. 11th and 10am - 4pm on Sept. 12th.

The Capital Wing Japanese Fuji LM-1 is a rare warbird. Only 27 were built by Fuji Heavy Industries as a transport/liaison aircraft, based on the American Beechcraft T-34 Mentor. The fuselage was longer and wider providing room for a pilot and three passengers. The Capital Wing Fuji is one of only five known to be airworthy anywhere in the world!😲

THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER GREAT CRUISE IN!

We had an awesome turnout last night, and we want to thank everyone who came out and made it such a great evening! We truly appreciate everyone who brought out their cars, stopped by, grabbed some food, and spent the evening with us.

What an incredible turnout for our very first Cruise In!

We were thrilled to see so many beautiful classic cars, hot rods, and custom rides. Seeing everyone come together made this event a huge success, and it’s only the beginning! Our goal is to continue growing this Cruise In and make it a staple event in Wise for years to come.

We’re already counting down the days until our next Cruise In on Thursday, September 3rd, and we can’t wait to see everyone back again!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible, from those who volunteered behind the scenes to our great neighbors The Charc Board who helped support the event. We also want to especially thank everyone who brought their vehicles despite the uncertain weather forecast. Your support made all the difference.

Our neighbors at The Charc Board will be staying open late, and Kilgore's Korner food truck will be on-site serving great food!

Bring a lawn chair, grab something to eat, and enjoy an evening of cars, food, and fellowship with friends and fellow enthusiasts.

There will be no judging or prizes—just a relaxed evening to show off your ride and enjoy the community. We hope to see a great turnout!
