Grato Holdings is the parent company for several homeopathic companies We manufacture homeopathic remedies, herbal products, and nutritional supplements.

We produce formulations for our own brands, as well as on a contract basis for distribution and marketing companies that share our commitment to products that truly improve people’s lives. Ronda Probasco

Please join us in celebrating Ronda’s 32-year anniversary with Grato Holdings on June 20. Ronda serves as the Sales and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Manager and has been a valued part of the Grato Holdings team for more than three decades. She shares that one of the things she cherishes most throughout her career is the friendships she has built with her co-workers and the teams she has had the privilege to work alongside. Ronda resides in Woodbine, Iowa with her husband, Gene, and their three sons, Jason, Josh, and Jeremy. She is also the proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren: 6 boys and 6 girls, ranging in age from 12 to 22 years old. Outside of work, Ronda enjoys gardening, growing flowers, decorating for various holidays, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.
Thank you, Ronda, for your dedication, hard work, and 32 years of commitment to Grato Holdings. We are grateful to celebrate this incredible milestone with you!

Rick Follmann
Grato Holdings is celebrating Rick’s 8-year anniversary on May 21st. Rick started in the maintenance department then moved to the shipping and receiving department in Woodbine, Iowa. Rick’s favorite part of the job is getting to go to different buildings and interacting with his coworkers. Rick also enjoys seeing trucks loaded with our product, knowing how many people it took to get it to that point. Rick states that he enjoys seeing all the new remodeled projects come to life over the years and the new equipment upgrades. Thank you, Rick; we appreciate everything you do for Grato.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Gabriela’s 3-year anniversary on May 15th. Gabriela who goes by “Gabby” works as a Production Technician II (Trainer) in the packaging department for Grato, based in Gainesville, Georgia. Gabby says her favorite part of the job is mentoring her coworkers and teaching new associates the packaging process.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Gene’s 6-year anniversary on May 11th. Gene works as an Herb Farmer for Grato, based in Woodbine, Iowa. Gene says his favorite part of the job is growing different herbs, knowing they will be used to improve people’s health.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Dr. Tao Bai’s 28-year anniversary on May 4th. Dr. Bai serves as the Lab Manager in Woodbine, Iowa and plays a key role in supporting laboratory operations and innovation. His responsibilities include conducting research and development, developing and optimizing formulas, reviewing laboratory reports and document change requests, and contributing to the development and modification of analytical methods. Dr. Bai says he enjoys the R&D product projects and weekly R&D meeting.
We appreciate Dr. Bai’s long-standing commitment, technical expertise, and continued contributions to the success and advancement of Grato Holdings.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Toni’s 20-year anniversary on April 17th. Toni is the Customer Service and Product Trainer based in Woodbine, Iowa. Toni’s favorite part of the job is helping people, by educating them on our products and providing our customers with any information, so they can help their patients and customers. Toni takes pride in supporting and helping her fellow co-workers when they too need help with certain projects and teaching them how to help others on the phone. Toni has enjoyed working with everyone at Grato over the years.

Jesus’s previous roles were as a Production Technician and Inventory Specialist but currently works as a Quality Control Technician on second shift. Jesus’s favorite part of the job is working with the QC team and their great sense of teamwork. Thank you Jesus, we appreciate everything you do for Grato.
