We’ve all gone through it… intrusive thoughts, racing heart rate - then general recipe for anxiety 😦

It’s been happening to me for the last couple days

I did breath work 😮‍💨
I meditated 🧘🏽‍♂️

Usually those things work for me 👍🏽 this time my nervous system needed a more direct delivery

I made one of our signature teas and added an extra ingredient

It really did the trick 🤗 I was calm and was able to sustain it throughout the evening

Our bodies need a reset - tea can provide that

You sit down to eat and you have a sip of water or tea or a carbonated drink

You start eating and take more sips to wash down the food 🍱

Little do we know that we’re actually setting ourselves up for failure

See when you drink while you eat, ESPECIALLY carbonated drinks, you reduce the acidity level in your stomach

That acidity is what breaks down food and completely digests what we eat

Lower acidity = less digested food = stomach/digestion issues

Drink tea or water AFTER you eat ~ 30 minutes

This will help your entire digesting process and your body will thank you 🙏🏽

Hit tea after meals may also burn the fats the we had in the meal - win/win 🥇
