An Update from Coach QueenNi'

While I do enjoy the hustle of being at the shop all the time, I'm focused on enjoying life. Healing has been so needed for my recent transition. With the healing I have identified a majoring missing aspect of life.

Joy and freedom. It's been 5 years this past May since we opened. I spent 6 plus days a week in the shop holding space for all my ladies and couples and few gentlemen.

I will always continue to hold space for you, yet its time I pour into my other projects when off from the shop, as I'm wrapping my master's program.

I will remain available to those who find peace and healing in our connection and those who love to support the safe space we've all built.

It is my goal to be present in the shop Wednesday and Fridays for Shopping, pickups, walk ins, and check ins. I'll aim for 12- about 4pm if no appointments I'll head out unless you give me heads up your coming bye.

Be a part of our Documentary

Behind the scenes, I've been working on something very close to my heart...After having sessions with over thousand women these past few years I have seen and comforted many in mental traps. While navigating my own mental trap of hidden abuse this is something I noticed in all of us. We all are wearing mask to mask the pain we carry to hold space for others.

I have experienced the feeling of wearing a mask to hold space for others, with a smile and generous hand, uplifting others while being pulled down and beat on.
Being taken advantage of, used, betrayed, gaslight, lied to and on and being shammed for my healing period, made everything harder but that exactly what god wanted my training experience to be.

I Feel I lot of those who I expected to be anchors for me during my storm where actually sharks circling for their attack. Not only was I trying to heal, but I was also battling being attacked and facing abandonment. I Know you all can relate.

When I focused on educating myself on abuse and manipulation tactics is when I became aware of other people's mask. I have then set boundaries and learned how to uphold my worth. To basically, stand on things.

I want to share that power with others; your story could help us do that.

With, The Love Detox Movement and Documentary.

A new initiative dedicated to helping women heal from emotional abuse, trauma bonds, manipulation, and unhealthy relationship patterns through education, community, and transformational experiences.

This movement is just getting started, and I can't wait to share more with you in the coming months.

It's been a while My lovely Community. I've been off make changes and shifting.

It's been six months and a major shift has occurred in my healing. I want to share that growth with others who've experienced trauma, abuse, ghosting, mental manipulation or just a hard break up.

Lets meet up in a safe space to release, revive, and recharge, our heart chakras. We deserve this day of peace. The workshop runs from 4pm-6pm and we'll hold open space from 6pm-8pm.

I cant wait to share this experience with you. It's a joy the shop celebrates five years of being open and growing. That's a major accomplishment i wouldn't have made without you.

Let's celebrate the safe community and space we've held together for the past 5 years despite all the shifts. I thank you all for always showing up and showing out for the shop. The Wellness Palace loves you.

Have you ever wondered why you fall in love the way you do — or why some relationships trigger deep wounds? Attachment theory gives us the language to understand the why.

But awareness needs context. So today, I’m pulling back the veil on attachment styles: how they form, how they show up, and how you can begin to shift them — with spiritual + energetic practices included.

🪞 Avoidant Attachment: When Safety Means Distance

Two stories. One pattern: protecting your heart.

🔍 Avoidant: The Wound Beneath the Armor.

At their core, attachment styles are patterns of how we relate to others — especially in love, friendships, and deep bonds. Many of these patterns stem from early childhood and how our caregivers showed up (or didn’t).

The Avoidant Attachment Style: Can be categorized into two separate styles: Two distinct energies inside the Avoidant world — both born from fear, but expressed differently:
1️⃣ The Dismissive Avoidant
They crave freedom. They’ve learned to rely only on themselves and may feel smothered when love gets too close.
They say: “I’m fine.” But their silence is often a survival strategy.

2️⃣ The Fearful Avoidant
They want love desperately — but fear it just as much. They may open their heart, then retreat in confusion.
They say: “Come close, but not too close.” Their nervous system can’t decide what safety feels like yet.

Both are protecting the same sacred truth: a heart that never felt safe to be fully held.

If you or someone you love tends to pull away when things get too close… that isn’t lack of love. It’s a form of protection.

Avoidant attachment develops when the heart learns early that closeness can mean pain. So instead, it builds walls that look like independence — when underneath, it’s longing for connection.

But here’s the truth: Avoidance is not coldness. It’s unhealed tenderness that learned to hide.

🔮Healing Through Awareness

Awareness is the first form of re-parenting.
When you understand why you distance, you start to soften your walls instead of defending them.

Anxious / Preoccupied — You crave closeness and worry about abandonment
