So... how do you use tea bags under your eye?

✔️ Steep two bags of teas as you would normally if you were going to drink tea.
✔️Squeeze out the excess liquid from the bags
✔️Chill them in the refrigerator for 10-20min
✔️Apply the tea bags to closed eyes and rest for 15-30min.
