This instructor-focused training is designed to equip pole teachers with the tools, confidence, and understanding needed to safely and effectively teach students with limitations. From physical disabilities and chronic pain to plus-size bodies, neurodivergence, anxiety, and sensory needs, this class goes beyond surface-level modifications and into intentional, inclusive teaching.
In this three-hour intensive, instructors will learn how to break down foundational pole movements, cue with clarity, offer meaningful adaptations, and create a studio environment where every student feels seen, supported, and capable. Through demonstrations, guided practice, and real-world teaching scenarios, participants will gain hands-on experience applying adaptive techniques they can immediately take back to their own studios.
