Align Fitness and Nutrition offers one-on-one personal training and yoga sessions, partner and group training, kitchen and pantry makeovers, grocery shopping assistance, and cooking lessons.

The mat work. It’s so valuable for feeling and connecting to all the exercises. This is the intermediate series. I am still practicing this weekly and each time having a different experience. The more you practice the more you realize how much more there is to learn! This is such an amazing practice and I am so grateful for my Pilates journey!

I put everything I had into this and it payed off. I overcame my inner voices that I wasn’t good enough for this and I persevered through years of insecurities. I did it. And Im so glad that I can say I am a classically certified apparatus 1 power Pilates instructor. Ready for apparatus 2. Maybe after a brief rest… I am grateful to everyone who has helped me along this journey. The love and the support and all the people who stepped up to help me get here. And to all of my amazing dedicated clients who love and support me through all of my new ventures. Thank you with all my heart. And to my amazing husband for lifting me when I didn’t think I could do it and to my wonderful boys I love you. thank you for your experience and guidance and your beautiful studio thank you for your body and for just being you. If you want to eat healthy and don’t have the time or the energy for preparation this could t be easier! 2 bags of power greens from and king salmon fillets. Broil fish with olive oil salt pepper garlic powder and a little and broil… sautee greens quickly in olive oil and garlic… voila… delicious and nutritious. Protein, fiber and great taste. There’s nothing like a sunny spring day 🌞to bring you back to life 🌸from the long dreary winter days… sun and movement are some of the keys to success. If you can get outside and walk 3-5 days 20-30 minutes a week it will have a huge impact on how you feel everyday. Get moving and let me know how you feel.
