What does a functional medicine doctor eat? 🍲 It doesn’t have to be complicated! You don’t NEED a bunch of fancy recipes to meet your goals. Keep it simple. Shrimp, rice, cucumbers and golden berries.

So many (and I’m especially talking to YOU perimenopausal/menopausal women) but this includes everyone, are not getting the protein they need. It helps makes hormones, muscles, forms enzymes, helps your immune system, and so much more. Struggling with body composition? Probably not getting your protein. 🥴
