She decided to become a health coach to fulfill her passion of working with children and parents to improve their health and family life. Christy received her training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Christy leads workshops on nutrition and o

ffers individual health coaching to parents and families. As a Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. Sometimes I hurry through dinner so I can have desert🥰. Common question is: how do you get all your protein in for the day? Gnarly and plain Greek yogurt! Tastes like chocolate mousse. Add PB; fruit, and pistachios and it tastes like a total cheat meal lol. Protein, good fats, a little carbs with fruit, and more protein. Hard not to love!! 😍
