HYROX didn’t change what we do — it just highlighted it.
At Rise, endurance training has always been a core part of the program. With classes focused on running, rowing, and high-rep functional movements, members are already building the foundation they need for HYROX.
As the sport started gaining popularity, we simply added more race-specific elements like wall balls, sandbag lunges, and burpee broad jumps — especially on certain training days.
But the goal has always been the same:
to help people build the capacity to move well, stay strong, and handle demanding workouts for longer periods of time.
HYROX just gave it a name.
