Nick Goebel is a seasoned executive with over 24 years of experience leading global service organizations across industrial and healthcare markets. As CEO of Solutech, he brings a sharp focus on delivering best-in-class independent service for radiotherapy and ultrasound equipment — combining operational rigor with a deep commitment to customer outcomes.

Before joining Solutech, Nick served as Global VP/GM of Services at Danaher/Videojet Technologies and spent 19 years at Rockwell Automation in senior roles spanning P&L leadership, global service operations, customer success, and business development.

Nick holds an MBA from Marquette University, a Mechanical Engineering degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering and completed the Kellogg Competitive Strategy Program, in addition to his Six Sigma certification.

Uptime in Ultrasound isn’t just an operational metric; it directly impacts patient care. When equipment fails, it causes delayed exams, disrupted schedules, and added pressure.
True uptime is protected by what happens before and during the repair. When service is required, we ensure patient care doesn't slow down by providing free, next-day loaners and maintaining a consistent 3–4 day turnaround for transducers. According to our 2025 data, our repair yield remains high: 80% for TEE, 97% for matrix, and 90% for standard probes. This means more probes stay in rotation and fewer require replacement, keeping clinical workflows intact. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that patient care never has to wait.
