Meet Heather 🦋🫶🏻🌼

The kind of person who can make you smile before class even starts, Heather brings her bright energy & big heart into everything she does.

She’s our morning gal so you will find her teaching Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday mornings! She spreads her knowledge through many classes here, such as a Slow Morning Flow, 90-Minute Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, & Yoga Drills.

After falling in love with hot yoga over 20 years ago, Gladys found it to be the perfect reset from long hours and an overworked mind. Today, she brings that same sense of grounding and release into her teaching!
