We are just 20 reviews away from a massive milestone, and we need your help to cross the finish line.

Right now, CT Physical Therapy Care has 480 5-star reviews.

It represents a grandmother getting back on the floor to play with her grandkids, a runner crossing a finish line pain-free, and the daily burdens of pain finally being lifted. It represents the strong relationships we’ve built right here in New York.

Our fulfillment has always been seeing our patients contented, joyful, and moving efficiently. If we have helped you on your journey to recovery, would you take 60 seconds to help us on ours?

Did you know that hand tingling after a car accident is rarely a hand injury? 🖐️🚗

It’s actually a classic sign of a neck injury. As you can see in the diagram, the nerves that power your hands originate in your cervical spine (your neck). When whiplash or an impact compresses these nerves, the signal becomes "fuzzy," leading to numbness, tingling, or pain in your fingers.

Please don't wait for it to go away on its own. Learn more about the "Neck-Hand Connection" and how to treat it in our latest blog post: 👇

It’s been 3 days since the accident. The shock has worn off... but now the pain is setting in. 🤕

If you are dealing with a nagging ache between your shoulder blades or sharp pain when lifting your arm, you aren't imagining it. This is a classic sign of the "Seatbelt Effect"—a twisting injury that happens even when your seatbelt saves your life.

In our latest blog post, we break down exactly why this happens, why the pain waited until now to show up, and the safe ways to get a good night's sleep while you heal.
