I am 40% less than average shop prices here in Illinois at a $1.00 a minute. (Shops are at $100.00 per hour.) I also have incentives, such as for every person recommended to me that gets ink from me, the one making the recommendation receives a $10 cash or credit bonus. Great for tattoo parties!
