A soil based mist, to calm the skin + soul 💧

Sweetgrass has long been known as a sacred, cleansing plant ~ traditionally used to clear energy, invite softness, and gently guide the body back into a state of peace. You can feel it in the way your breath deepens, your shoulders soften, and your skin so effortlessly receives it.

During sessions, I’ll often mist this gently over the skin and into the space. Not just for hydration, but to subtly shift the energy ~ creating a deeper sense of calm, safety, and presence within the body.

This blend is rich in mineral-dense botanical waters that support the skin in the most gentle, effective way:

This review struck me to my core 🤍 to journey beside my beautiful client while in the depths of her grief ~ it’s forever etched in my heart.

Grief has same do deep in my soul. After losing my brother and father within a few short years of each other, I can say I have been all consumed with grief. The waves that seem to crash all over your being ~ It can be so overwhelming and scary. We often find the it easiest to push down these feeling, carry on, and “deal” with them in other ways that truly don’t allow us to sift through the depths.

My client chose to sift through them with me. An honor I won’t ever be able to explain. To be show up and allow me to hold her, wipe away the tears, and gently release her heart of the heaviness. Pouring pure love into her. Allowing her body to feel safe to feel, to let go and most of all to remember her best friend and honor their love.

Grief can be a very lonely journey ~ but it doesn’t have to be. I will forever create a gentle landing space for my loved ones to heal 🤲🏻
