You can’t go from a tan interior to a black unless you take it apart and replace it with something new

Same way you can’t go from lazy to active without work

The same way you can’t go from fat to skinny

From unreliable to accountable

So put in the fu***ng work or stop bitching about what you are!

My Days Off Look Like This

When I Have Spare Time I Don’t Just Customize My Car!

Today I went with my buddy and pulled out most of an interior so we can do an all new interior in his ford edge.

A Real Boys day!

A dirt lot, cars and some tools!

Much better that what me and my buddy use to do!

Today we get to play in wreckage when before we only created it!

Life is good!

Your kid’s “safe” cartoons might not be safe at all.

I used to think parents who screened every show were overreacting. I don’t anymore.

I caught a kids’ YouTube cartoon slipping in something completely inappropriate — and I had to rewind it because I thought I misheard it. Even the captions showed it.

That shook me.

Because this isn’t about being paranoid. It’s about paying attention.

We hand screens to our kids assuming “kid content” means protected content. It doesn’t.

As parents, vigilance is part of love.

Protecting your child isn’t just about what they eat or where they go — it’s what gets into their mind when you’re not looking.

Watch what they watch. Stay involved. Don’t outsource your child’s values to an algorithm.

I heard something the other day that stuck with me…

Your favorite place isn’t really a place at all.

It’s the people.

And when you really understand that…everything changes.

Because it’s not about the beach.It’s not about the trip.It’s not about where you are.

It’s about who you’re sharing it with.

The ones right next to you.The ones laughing with you.The ones you’re building a life with.

That’s everything.

And the part most people ignore?

This doesn’t last forever.

These moments…they’re slipping by whether you notice them or not.

Your kids won’t stay this little.Your time won’t slow down.And you don’t get to come back and redo it later.

So ask yourself—

Are you actually there for it?

Or are you distracted…stressed…caught up chasing things that won’t matter when this chapter is gone?

Because when it’s all said and done…

Nobody looks back wishing they had more stuff.

They wish they had more time back with the people they love.

So be there.

Be present.Be intentional.Be the man who understands what actually matters before it’s too late.

Because the truth is…

Every single day you get with them?

It’s worth it.

“Vacations don’t mean breaking routine.”

This right here used to be my excuse.

“Relax a little.”“Skip a few days.”“I’ll get back on track when I get home.”

And just like that…a few days turned into a few weeks.

That’s how people stay stuck.

Because they treat discipline like it’s optional…something you only do when it’s convenient.

But that’s not how this works.

The man you’re trying to become?

He doesn’t clock out just because the location changes.

He trains anyway.He shows up anyway.He keeps his word—no matter where he is.

This isn’t about the gym.

It’s about identity.

It’s about being the guy who does what he said he’d do…even when nobody’s watching,even when it would be easier not to.

You don’t lose progress on vacation…

You lose it when you abandon your standards.

So yeah—I’m on vacation.

But I’m still showing up.Still putting in the work.Still building the version of me my family deserves.

Because routine isn’t a restriction…

It’s the reason you stay in control.
