The past couple weeks, I have been prioritizing self-care. While this will be different for everyone, for me this has looked like going to the gym, meditating, focusing on hydration, doing yoga, drinking tea, reciting positive mantras, practicing breathwork, and having a Reiki appointment.
Many forms of self-care can bring us comfort and relaxation. However, there are other important aspects that may cause some temporary discomfort. In order to grow into our best selves, we may need to confront worries or fears, reexamine long-held beliefs, and explore what our heart and soul truly needs.
Energy healing can help by removing emotional blockages, and allowing you to confront shame, guilt, or false stories we have about ourselves in a safe and supportive environment.
