🚨 YOUTH ATHLETE TRAINING IS BACK! 🚨JUNE 15TH
We are bringing back the athlete program with a NEW format 👏
Instead of an 8-week commitment, we are now offering it as an ongoing WEEKLY training class for young athletes!
This program is designed to help kids become stronger, faster, more confident, and more resilient both in sports and in life 💪🔥
🏃 WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
MONDAY → Strength & Conditioning
TUESDAY → Agility Training
WEDNESDAY → Mobility + Recovery
THURSDAY → Agility & Conditioning
But this is MORE than workouts 👇
We will also coach athletes on:
✔ Injury prevention
✔ Proper nutrition for performance
✔ Recovery habits
✔ Confidence & mindset development
✔ Discipline and consistency
This is like PERSONAL TRAINING in a motivating group environment 🙌
⏰ SUMMER HOURS:
Girls: 2–3 PM
Boys: 3–4 PM
(Training times may adjust when school starts)
